By using ID Library ("we", "us", the "site") at theidlibrary.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Informational service

ID Library is an informational, fan-run database of house music tracks, charts, tracklists and events. Content is provided "as is" for general information only. Chart positions, track IDs, release details and event dates may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and may include clearly labeled sample or placeholder data. Always check official sources (artists, labels, promoters, ticketing sites) before relying on any information.

2. Your submissions

• You may only submit clips, tracklists, comments or other material ("Submissions") that you created yourself or have all necessary rights and permissions to share.
• You must not submit material that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, or that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.
• By submitting, you grant ID Library a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reformat and share the Submission on the site and its official social channels, in connection with identifying and discussing the music.
• You are responsible for your Submissions.

3. Removal of content

We may review, edit, refuse or remove any content, including Submissions, at any time and for any reason, including in response to copyright or other complaints. We may suspend access for anyone who repeatedly infringes others' rights. See our Copyright & DMCA policy.

4. Third-party names, marks and links

Track titles, artist names, label names, event names and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance here does not imply endorsement or affiliation. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

5. Previews, purchases and crates

Previews play only through the official Beatport and SoundCloud players, under those services' terms. ID Library does not host, sell or download audio. "Buy" links take you to Beatport or Apple Music. Any purchase is a transaction between you and that store, under its terms. Store links and prices shown are for information and may be out of date. Crates you create are stored only in your browser. We can't recover them if your browser data is cleared.

6. No warranties; limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties of any kind, and ID Library is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
